What the Heck am I doing?

Getting started in Social Marketing (Blogsites, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc) is an energizing and addictive process. It may seem overwhelming, but it won’t be for long!

My job is not only to set up your accounts and sites, but to offer you some exciting tutorials on HOW to proceed.  Having been in the sales biz in the past allows me the unique knowledge of knowing what you really need to get started and be effective. I have been on both sides.

I am excited to be able to provide a recommendation to your business and hope we can work together to give your sphere an amazing service. One that shows you are current, relevant, trustworthy, and trendy!

  • OPTIONAL = Skype or Net Meeting tutorial on Twitter for all team members. These are a GREAT crash course in what you can do/get. Don’t waste time with the learning curve of twitter.
Automation Options: 

  • When you update your Blogsite, the information will immediately post to your Facebook Business page with the title and a shortened link to back to full article.
  • When you post to Facebook Business page, the information will immediately post to your Twitter account with the title and link.
*Recommendations for apps to help on computer and phones.
Content Relocation 

  • Comb through all existing domains to provide existing content for new layout. This is can be VERY labor intensive depending on how many website you own!!!
    • Option 1—I do it. Trust me to switch over content. I will combine, sort and trash existing content to provide one mainstream line and history.
    • Option 2—You email me content you would like to keep from each CATEGORY for me to insert as history.
    • Option 3—I show you how to insert into proper categories. You are an experienced business person and you do not want a shiny new site with no content history.

Start of a busy summer

 

Mike Levesque and John MacLennan in Grande Prairie, AB site is almost done! I am pretty happy with the way things are turning out with their site. Mike is in the top 100 agents in North America in EXIT REALTY. He is a mover and a shaker. The VERY best site a REALTOR can have is a blog site. They have access to SO much information everyday. These types of sites keep their sphere of influence up to date with very little effort.

 

Stephanie Middlestead took over my Real Estate business and I wanted to set her up with a cute, fresh and professional site. She is such a sweetie. I know clients will love her personality. She really cares about people and does an excellent job of helping them with their real estate transactions. I love the clean lines of this site! What do you think?

HELLO UNITED STATES!

A new COUNTRY and so a NEW adventure. After moving to San Antonio, Texas; I have yet to decide if I am going back into Real Estate. The kids are here getting settled and it is pretty hot! I have had many requests of my friends and business acquaintances asking for help with their websites now that they know I am out of the biz, so to speak.

I am looking forward to helping many of you over the summer as I get settled into the US.

Thank You Grande Prairie

Well, I am all settled into the United States of America!  In the beautiful city on San Antonio, TX!

I must say, I am loving it more than I thought I would! (The kids are in the pool daily!)

I want to thank you all for the amazing years I have had helping you all sell and purchase your homes. I am missing Real Estate already!
